Cyrus was cast in 2005 to be the lead of the Disney TV show Hannah Montana, which is the story of a teenage girl who has an ambiguous life. The actress was joined by her father once more. The show went on to be a huge success. Hit records, tours that sold out and contracts for merchandise followed. Cyrus was a teenage phenomenon. Cyrus was able to take on new roles after the success and the fame in Hannah Montana 2006. She appeared as Ronnie Miller, alongside Demi Moody on The Last Song in 2010 and Lola along with Demi in LOL in 2012.
